Camunda / Java Developer

Position Purpose

Role needs a hands-on Camunda Developer to design, develop, and maintain enterprise grade workflow solutions that power our critical business processes. As part of our process orchestration unit, person will work closely with business analysts, solution architects, and DevOps engineers to turn BPMN, DMN and CMMN models into reliable, scalable, and observable services that run on Java/SpringBoot microservices platforms.

• Create knowledge repositories for future reference.
• Maintain professional environment on floor.
• Taking complete ownership of tasks and understand each requirement in detail.
• Ensure deliveries are robust and high quality.
• Complete assigned task on time with first time right
• Be proactive and provide timely status to the team lead.
• Adheres to all compliance & project related processes.

• 10+ years of professional Java development (Java 8/17).
• Strong hands-on experience with Camunda Platform 7 (or 8) Process Engine, Modeler, REST API, External Tasks.
• Proficiency in BPMN 2.0, DMN 1.3, CMMN (understanding of modeling best practices).
• Experience with Spring Boot, Spring Data, Spring Security, and building RESTful services.
• Knowledge of containerization (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes).
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI).
• Understanding of relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, Oracle) and JPA/Hibernate.Must be able to interact with development, test & production support team.
