Role: Education Counsellor / Admission Counsellor

Education Counsellors

Key Responsibilities:

Engage with leads through calls, WhatsApp, and email.
Counsel students and working professionals on online degree/PG programs.
Understand learner needs and recommend the right university/course.
Follow up with prospects and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
Guide students from initial enquiry
till admission closure
.
Achieve monthly admissions targets and qualify for attractive incentives.
Maintain CRM records and ensure smooth onboarding of students.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

Strong communication & interpersonal skills.
Experience in
education counselling / EdTech
preferred.
Freshers with excellent communication can also apply.
Goal-oriented, positive attitude, and good convincing skills.
