As a Campus Coordinator at our leading educational institution in India, your role involves efficient and effective management in collaboration with candidates, campus hiring managers, and T&P team. Your responsibilities include: - Communicating and managing calendars effectively. - Handling data management, scheduling meetings, interviews, HR events, and maintaining agendas. - Coordinating campus recruitment activities. - Managing candidate grievances and doubts. - Overseeing pre-joining engagement, on-boarding, and documentation of campus joiners. - Issuing Offer/Appointment letters post finalization of candidates. To excel in this role, you should possess: - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. - Excellent organizational skills and the ability to multitask with a strong business acumen. - Exceptional time and work management skills, including prioritization and meeting deadlines. - Proficiency in end-to-end campus hiring coordination. - Willingness to travel. Qualifications needed for this position: - 3 to 5 years of experience in Campus hiring coordination.
