Campus Recruiter & Coordinator

Role Overview: You will be working as a Campus Coordinator at a leading educational institution in India. Your primary responsibilities will include efficient management of campus recruitment activities, communication with candidates and campus hiring managers, data management, scheduling meetings and interviews, managing candidate grievances, on-boarding and documentation of campus joiners, and issuance of offer letters. Your role will also involve coordinating with the Talent & Placement team. Key Responsibilities: - Efficient and effective management in collaboration with candidates, campus hiring managers and T&P team, including communication and calendar management. - Data Management, schedule meetings, interviews, HR events and maintain agendas. - Managing & coordinating campus recruitment activities. - Manage candidate grievances & doubts. - Responsible for Pre-joining engagement, on-boarding and documentation of campus joiners. - Issuance of Offer/Appointments letter post finalization of candidates. Qualifications Required: - Strong communication & excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Excellent organizational skills and ability to multitask with strong business acumen. - Excellent time and work management skills, ability to prioritize, ability to handle team dynamics, attention to detail and ability to meet established deadlines. - Proficiency in end to end Campus hiring coordination. - Willingness to travel.
