Role Description

⦁ Take complete ownership of the project within the assigned college, ensuring successful implementation as per FACE Prep’s standards.

⦁ Plan, monitor, and track project progress, ensuring timelines, quality, and objectives are met.

⦁ Act as the single point of contact for both FACE Prep and the client institution.

⦁ Maintain strong relationships with college management, faculty, and placement officers.

⦁ Address and resolve client concerns promptly while ensuring client satisfaction.

⦁ Supervise and guide mentors and students involved in the project.

⦁ Assign responsibilities, track performance, and ensure deliverables are met.

⦁ Provide timely updates and reports on project status, student performance, and placement.

⦁ Maintain clear communication channels between FACE Prep, mentors, students, and the client.

⦁ Ensure all project activities align with FACE Prep’s guidelines and client expectations.

⦁ Continuously monitor quality and take corrective measures when needed.

Qualifications

* Experience in owning student outcomes.

* Excellent client handling skills.

* Excellent presentation and communication skills

* Strong organisational and project management abilities

* Ability to evaluate mentoring outcomes and identify areas for improvement

* Experience in the tech sector is a plus

* Bachelor's degree in Education, Human Resources, or a related field

* Ability to work on-site in Villupuram
