What You'll Do:

• Build and manage strong relationships with colleges, training & placement officers (TPOs), HODs, and student leaders.
• Execute engaging offline campaigns, seminars, and info sessions to drive awareness and enrollment.
• Coordinate and lead college drives, marketing events, and tech awareness workshops.
• Identify and activate student ambassadors to amplify NxtWave’s presence on campus.
• Collaborate with internal teams to drive college-level hiring marketing strategies.
• Travel extensively to colleges across assigned regions.

What We’re Looking For:

• 1 to 4 years of experience in college outreach, event management, BTL marketing, or campus engagement.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in English and local languages.
• Energetic personality with a passion for student engagement and field work.
• Comfortable with traveling frequently and interacting with diverse stakeholders.
• Prior exposure to EdTech or campus programs is a plus.
