Role Overview

Campus Ambassadors will act as key representatives of Panmedical within their institutions and will promote healthcare awareness, facilitate student consultations and organize initiatives that strengthen healthcare access across campuses.

Key Expectations:

• KPI Target of 10 consultations a week. Once KPI is achieved, a bonus of Rs. 50 per new patient consultation
• Applicants should have strong campus networks and active social media presence
• Students with leadership qualities, strong communication skills, and an interest in healthcare awareness
• Excellent Communication in English, Hindi (Having proficiency in regional languages is a bonus)
• Strong internal drive to grow and succeed
• Strong leadership and decision-making abilities
• Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities
• Detail-oriented and able to prioritize tasks effectively
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and operational needs

Key Responsibilities

• Promote healthcare awareness within your campus community
• Facilitate online consultations for students
• Organize and promote health-related events and initiatives
• Build connections that strengthen healthcare access among peers
• Proactively reach out to prospects through calls, emails, and virtual meetings to introduce our products/services and understand their needs.
• Ability to identify opportunities, find prospects, reach out on various channels including email, phone, and social media
• Identify and research prospects, target markets, and industries to generate leads.
