Travel : This is a remote position working within India. Specific requirement to travel for occasional in-person meetings as required to meet executives; Reasonable travel expenses will be paid based on actuals. Responsibilities : Primary responsibility is to coordinate daily business development activities, achieve growth and sales targets by designing and implementing strategic plans, managing customer relationships, and analyzing market trends. Key Expectations : Communication: Excellent English and Hindi. 1+ years of work experience in business development, including marketing, sales, and operations. Strong internal drive to grow and succeed. Tools: Office 365, including Teams, Outlook, PowerPoint, World, Excel, CRM software’s. Strong leadership and decision-making abilities. Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities. Detail-oriented and able to prioritize tasks effectively. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and operational needs. Analytical, and strategic planning skills, along with in-depth product knowledge. Key Responsibilities – Business Development Officer: Proactively reach out to prospects through calls, emails, and virtual meetings to introduce our products/services and understand their needs. Ability to identify opportunities, find prospects, reach out on various channels including email, phone, and social media, introduce our products/services and understand their requirements, schedule meetings, execute demos, negotiate contracts, sign contracts, increase customer engagement, and inside sales. Proactively maintain a high daily connect volume of leads to build a healthy pipeline. Support company strategy to drive business growth through multiple channels. Coordinate execution of strategic initiatives with key strategic accounts. Support key client meetings when required. Guide business development to drive business. Maintain a strong understanding of our services and keep up with trends. Identify and research prospects, target markets, and industries to generate leads. Operations : Ensure smooth and efficient operations. Develop policies and procedures to ensure operational efficiency. Support a high-performance work culture. Collaborate with executives to meet organizational objectives. Facilitate effective communications with internal and external teams.
