Job Description

Role Overview: As the Field Marketing - Campaign, Programs and Events manager at Snowflake, you will be responsible for driving enablement and awareness activities through field programs for the developer & startup ecosystem. Your main objective will be to execute targeted marketing programs to generate awareness, pipeline, move prospects through the sales cycle, and help build customer relationships. You are expected to collaborate with various individuals and teams, manage multiple projects simultaneously in a dynamic environment, and demonstrate a high level of organization and curiosity for learning and exploration. Key Responsibilities: - Lead and execute Go-to-Market strategies and integrated marketing programs including multi-channel campaigns and events across a broad segment of customers. - Work collaboratively with partner teams, Education team, and account-based marketing to drive successful customer engagement and market awareness in India. - Engage and maintain alignment with Sales/SE teams for pre/post event communications and marketing-driven campaigns/promotion strategies. - Manage the Snowflake User groups, community, and startups program. - Own and drive executions within budget, handle vendor management, and manage project timelines, quality issues, resources, and budget. - Set goals, define metrics for each campaign, track program results, measure program success, and report metrics. - Evaluate campaign impact and ROI, determine success, and forecast potential future investment. - Regularly track and report on campaign performance. Qualifications Required: - 6-10+ years of proven multi-channel B2B marketing experience within enterprise software/SaaS. - Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. - Experience in the Developer & Startup ecosystem would be beneficial. - Ability to communicate effectively to diverse technical and non-technical audiences. - Strong leadership skills, ability to think creatively and execute effectively, hands-on execution ability, and effective project and time management. - Experience in Salesforce, Marketo, Wordpress. - Highly metrics-driven with a good understanding of cloud infrastructure, cloud applications, data science, and analytics platforms. - Ability to maintain an optimistic, pragmatic, and self-starter attitude, a global mindset, and think across disciplines, industries, cultures, and scenarios. ,
