Role Overview: As the AVP, Campaign Operations Manager at Synchrony Financial, India, you will play a crucial role in leading the evolution of campaign operations towards personalized, end-to-end consumer journeys. Your focus will be on utilizing data, automation, and Gen AI to enhance marketing operations and embed a consumer-centric mindset within the team. Key Responsibilities: - Explore and analyze existing campaign methodology and processes to identify transformation opportunities - Collaborate with team members and stakeholders to develop journey-based strategies aligned with business objectives - Design and implement digitally-enabled, consumer-first campaign operations for personalized engagement across channels - Develop and manage consumer journeys in marketing platforms and Customer Data Platforms (CDPs) to ensure real-time responsiveness and relevance - Partner with MarTech teams, Marketing Cloud, and Digital product teams to integrate personalization into journeys - Create templates and playbooks for targeting, segmentation, and orchestration to ensure successful transformation - Drive digital transformation by incorporating modern campaign methodologies and personalization best practices - Mentor and upskill team members on journey-based thinking, platform usage, and consumer-centric execution Qualification Required: - 8+ years of experience in digital marketing and campaign operations, preferably within financial services - Proficiency in consumer journey design, personalization, and omnichannel campaign delivery - Experience with Customer Data Platforms such as Blueconic, Adobe Experience Platform, Salesforce, SAS CI 360 - Working knowledge of SAS or SQL - Understanding of quality management practices in marketing operations and continuous improvement - Hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms and real-time journey orchestration tools - Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively and influence stakeholders Additional Company Details: Synchrony is a premier consumer financial services company with a diverse workforce, offering flexibility, career advancement opportunities, and a focus on work-life integration and employee well-being.
