Campaign Manager

You are a results-driven Campaign Manager responsible for executing and optimizing customer engagement campaigns across various digital channels during the night shift to support global operations. Your key responsibilities include planning and managing multichannel marketing campaigns, utilizing customer segmentation and behavior data for personalized communication, monitoring campaign performance, and collaborating with cross-functional teams across geographies. You should have a minimum of 2+ years of experience running campaigns on platforms like MoEngage (preferred), Salesforce, Braze, WebEngage, or Insider. Certification or hands-on experience with MoEngage is a strong advantage, along with a solid understanding of campaign analytics and reporting. Your willingness to work night shifts aligned with US time zones is essential for this role.
