Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Build and deploy multi-channel campaigns (email, push, SMS, in-app) using
Braze
and
SFMC
.
Design and implement customer journeys, lifecycle flows, and automations.
Work closely with marketing, product, and data teams to translate campaign requirements into executable builds.
Develop and manage audience segmentation strategies.
Monitor and optimize campaign performance to drive engagement, retention, and conversion.
Ensure campaigns meet data compliance standards and best practices.
Troubleshoot issues related to deliverability, data syncs, and campaign execution.
Maintain and update campaign documentation, assets, and templates.
Stay current with platform updates, industry trends, and email best practices.

Required Skills & Experience:

3+ years of experience in campaign development or CRM marketing.
Proven expertise in
Braze
and
Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC)
.
Strong knowledge of
email marketing
,
automation
,
segmentation
, and
journey builder
.
Experience with personalization logic (AMPscript, Liquid, etc.).
Familiarity with data integrations, APIs, and event-based triggers.
Excellent communication skills ability to translate technical needs into actionable insights.
Highly detail-oriented and organized, with a strong focus on quality and timelines.
Ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines simultaneously.

Preferred Qualifications:

Braze Certified Marketer
or
Braze Certified Practitioner
.
Salesforce Marketing Cloud Email Specialist
or related SFMC certifications.
Experience with HTML/CSS for email templating.
Basic understanding of SQL and data segmentation logic.
