Background

PRADAN invites Expressions of Interest (EoI) from qualified individuals with experience in campaign design and execution for a short-term consultancy. The campaign’s objective is to promote the usage of a WhatsApp-based chatbot among FPOs (Farmer Producer Organizations) and farmers for:

• Sale and purchase of Agri-inputs

• Produce aggregation

• Information dissemination on government schemes and programs

• Promotional activity and events detail.

Scope of Work

The selected individual will be responsible for:

Digital Campaign Activities:

• Designing and executing a social media campaign
• Collaborating with social media influencers
• Creating and disseminating short promotional videos
• Promoting chatbot platform features to farmers and stakeholders via digital channels

Non-Digital Campaign Activities:

• Designing and placing flex banners, posters at strategic rural points
• Designing promotional material like badges, caps
• Designing events, slogan, campaign songs and other audio-visual training content.
• Content should be in Hindi, English and regional language.

Additional Responsibilities:

• Undertake 7–15 days of field visits to understand the local context and implement field-level activities
• Developing campaign implementation framework. 

• Document and report progress, engagement levels, and impact

• Coordinate with FPO members, PRADAN staff, and local influencers for maximum outreach

Eligibility Criteria

• Proven experience in designing and executing rural campaigns (digital & non-digital)
• Strong visual communication and content creation skills (especially for WhatsApp and social media platforms)
• Ability to coordinate field logistics in rural settings
• Past experience in agri-based or development sector campaigns will be preferred
• Ability to engage local influencers and media
• Willingness to travel extensively within Begusarai, Bihar district
