Campaign Consultant– FPO WhatsApp Chatbot Promotion Location: Begusarai District, Bihar Duration: 2-4 Month (Short-term engagement) Application Deadline: 25 th July 2025 Background PRADAN invites Expressions of Interest (EoI) from qualified individuals with experience in campaign design and execution for a short-term consultancy. The campaign’s objective is to promote the usage of a WhatsApp-based chatbot among FPOs (Farmer Producer Organizations) and farmers for: Sale and purchase of Agri-inputs Produce aggregation Information dissemination on government schemes and programs Promotional activity and events detail. The campaign will include both digital and non-digital strategies to ensure wide reach and farmer engagement in Begusarai district, Bihar. Scope of Work The selected individual will be responsible for: Digital Campaign Activities: Designing and executing a social media campaign Collaborating with social media influencers Creating and disseminating short promotional videos Promoting chatbot platform features to farmers and stakeholders via digital channels Non-Digital Campaign Activities: Designing and placing flex banners, posters at strategic rural points Designing promotional material like badges, caps Designing events, slogan, campaign songs and other audio-visual training content. Content should be in Hindi, English and regional language. Additional Responsibilities: Undertake 7–15 days of field visits to understand the local context and implement field-level activities Developing campaign implementation framework.
