Campaign Associate

As a Campaigns Associate at Varahe Analytics, you will play a crucial role in creating data-driven, comprehensive election campaigns for our clients. You will work closely with multiple campaign stakeholders to understand project deliverables, manage on-ground resources, and uphold internal quality standards. Your responsibilities will include monitoring and reporting on vendor performance, coordinating with vendors for campaign execution, and ensuring smooth event flow at key offline events. You will have the opportunity to ideate, execute, monitor, and optimize online and offline campaigns at various levels such as hyper-local, constituency, district, division, and state. Additionally, you will engage with political parties and vendors to ensure seamless project execution. This role requires a willingness to travel extensively, work long hours, and possess strong relationship management, vendor management, communication, and team management skills. The ideal candidate should have basic proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite, excel in data management, and be able to work effectively in a multi-stakeholder environment. Proficiency in Tamil (Write, Read, Speak) and English is desirable, along with a basic understanding of politics and India's democratic system. A Bachelor's or Master's degree, experience in event management, and 2-4 years of professional experience are also preferred qualifications.
