Campaign Associate

Role Overview: You will be a part of the team at Credgenics, a leading full-stack, AI-powered loan collections and debt resolution technology platform serving global Banks, NBFCs, FinTechs, and ARCs. Your role will involve assisting in the end-to-end campaign management cycle and testing of content/media cost management, bringing your 1-4 years of experience in automation, scripting, and campaign execution to the table. Key Responsibilities: - Apply different Analytics in various areas of Digital Collections Campaigns. - Provide insights on collection campaign performance & media cost. - Develop and maintain data and reporting of the campaign insights and metrics. - Develop and maintain trend and seasonal data insights for business projection and forecasting. - Collaborate closely with the analytics team on the digital collection projects.
