Calling Executive (Fresher)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to explain company products and services.
  • Generate leads and fix appointments for the sales team.
  • Maintain customer databases and call records accurately.
  • Follow up on inquiries and convert leads into sales opportunities.
  • Provide information about solar panels, installation, and government subsidies (training will be provided).
  • Maintain a positive and professional attitude while handling customer queries.
  • Support marketing campaigns and promotional activities over calls or messages.
Required Skills & Competencies:
  • Good communication skills in

    Gujarati, Hindi, and English.

  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Word, Email).
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
  • Confidence in making outbound calls.
