We are not looking for general translators, freelancers, or content writers. We are looking for the top 1% of academic and legal experts fluent in Kannada who meet all the following:

·        Native-level fluency in Kannada (reading and writing)

·        Strong command over English for prompt evaluation and interpretation

·        PhD, SJD, or LLM preferred — or substantial legal experience (e.g., published research, courtroom practice, ethics committee service)

·        Based in Karnataka with deep understanding of regional legal and ethical traditions

·        Familiarity with AI tools like ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, etc.

Your Role? Teach AI to Navigate India’s Diverse Legal Traditions and Moral Frameworks Through Your Language.

·        Design advanced, legally and ethically rooted prompts in Kannada that challenge state-of-the-art AI models

·        Evaluate model outputs for legal accuracy, ethical reasoning, contextual appropriateness, and regional relevance

·        Identify gaps in the AI’s current understanding of Kannada legal discourse

·        Collaborate with an international team shaping how AI understands Indian languages, law, human rights, and ethical norms
