Responsibilities:

  • Assessing students

    : Evaluating students' interests, skills, and abilities to help them make informed decisions.
  • Providing counselling

    : Provide one-on-one counselling to students on academic and career options.
  • Helping with applications

    : Helping students to prepare for admissions applications and tests.
  • Educating

    : Providing information on educational opportunities and keeping up with educational trends.
  • Communicating

    : Communicating well with students to understand their needs, goals, and emotions.

Requirements and Qualifications:

Call Center Executive should have excellent interpersonal skills and a passion for helping students reach their goals. They should also be able to show empathy, make informed decisions, and motivate students.

Experience

1. Customer service/telesales/call centre experience for at least 2  Years.

2. Good knowledge of CRM practices and systems.

3. Customer-oriented attitude with professionalism.

5. Goal-oriented and eager to achieve admission targets.

4. Excellent communication and listening skills with good command of the English language and Local Language.
