Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and articulate Calling Executive to join our team. You will be responsible for making outbound/inbound calls to customers, generating leads, resolving queries, and maintaining client relationships. This role requires excellent communication skills and a customer-first attitude.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to potential or existing customers to inform them about products/services.
Handle inbound customer inquiries in a professional and efficient manner.
Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate solutions.
Generate and qualify leads for the sales team.
Maintain and update the CRM system with call details and follow-ups.
Follow call scripts and comply with company guidelines.
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call and conversion targets.
Provide accurate information and handle objections or complaints.
Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams for campaign execution.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
