Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Caller, located in Greater Noida. The Caller will be responsible for making outbound calls to customers, answering inbound inquiries, providing information about products and services, and maintaining customer relationships. Duties will also include recording customer interactions, handling customer complaints, and assisting the sales team in following up with potential leads.

Qualifications

• Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent customer service and relationship-building abilities
• Proficiency with basic computer applications and CRM software
• Ability to handle customer complaints efficiently and effectively
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Prior experience in a similar role or related field is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in any discipline or relevant field is preferred
