Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Caller based in Vadodara. The Caller will be responsible for making and receiving calls to and from clients, providing information about the company's services, gathering client information, and maintaining detailed call records.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to potential leads and existing clients to promote SolutionOne ERP software.

Explain product features, benefits, and solutions clearly and engagingly.

Generate leads, fix appointments for the sales team, and maintain call logs.

Follow up with interested prospects to nurture them into qualified leads.

Maintain and update CRM with accurate client interaction records.

Build rapport with customers and provide professional customer service over calls.
