Role & responsibilities

To fulfill our statutory obligation of refunding unclaimed amounts, we are hiring a full-time caller to proactively reach out to customers. Your primary goal is to settle outstanding balances and ensure regulatory compliance through direct communication.

Key Responsibilities

• High-Volume Calling:

  Execute daily outbound calls to notify customers of unclaimed funds.

• Settlement Facilitation:

  Guide customers through the verification process to ensure rapid payment.

• Compliance:

  Adhere to state and federal unclaimed property laws to minimize company liability.

• Documentation:

  Maintain precise logs of all outreach efforts and updated customer contact information.

Requirements

• Proven Phone Skills:

  Experience in high-volume outbound calling or collections.

• Clear Communicator:

  Ability to explain financial/statutory requirements simply.

• Target-Driven:

  Motivated to reduce the volume of unclaimed property within the portfolio.

• Detail-Oriented:

  Precision in handling sensitive financial and identity data.
