Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Answering incoming calls.
  • Identify and escalate issues to supervisors.
  • Research, identify and resolve citizen complaints using applicable software.
  • Route calls to appropriate resources.
  • Document all call information according to standard operating procedures.
  • Complete call logs and reports.
  • Keep records of all conversations in our call center database in a comprehensible way.
  • Meet personal or team qualitative and quantitative targets.
  • Ensure you follow the customer service script provided by the company for uniformity

Requirements:

  • Need Confident Candidates who can handle calls efficiently.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in Marathi & Hindi.
  • Should be able to understand and speak basic English.
  • Should be comfortable working in rotational/night shifts for Male.
  • Should be comfortable working from office.
  • Should have basic knowledge of Computers.
  • Looking from Mumbai- Harbor & Central line only.
  • Looking for Non-Technical Graduates

Interview Rounds:

1. HR Round

2. Typing Test [require minimum 20 - 25 Gross W.PM & 90% Accuracy]

3. Final round with Operations Team.

Selection will be done based on confidence and communication skills in Marathi & Hindi

along with basic English
