Call Centre Representative

As a Customer Service Representative, your primary responsibility will be to handle inbound and outbound customer calls in a professional manner. You will be required to address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints with empathy and patience while providing accurate product/service information and assisting with troubleshooting. It will be essential for you to process orders, updates, and provide relevant information to customers, ensuring a positive relationship with them and maintaining high levels of satisfaction. In this role, you will be expected to document and track customer interactions using call center software, escalate issues to appropriate departments when necessary, and meet performance targets such as call handling time, customer satisfaction, and quality metrics. Participation in training and continuous improvement initiatives is encouraged to stay up to date with product and service knowledge. To be considered for this position, you should have at least a high school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree preferred) and previous experience in a call center, customer service, or sales role. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, along with excellent listening and problem-solving abilities are crucial. The ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment, proficiency in using call center software and Microsoft Office Suite, a positive attitude, and strong interpersonal skills are also required. You must be capable of handling difficult or upset customers with professionalism and patience, and be flexible and adaptable to work different shifts, including evenings and weekends if required.
