Call Centre Job Description LOOKING ONLY FOR IMMEDIATE JOINERS MAX 15days notice. PREFERRED ONLY MALE CANDIDATES Job Role Handling inbound calls related to policies. Follow up with the internal team for Pre-Auth cases. Convincing customers related to claims. Provide Claim & Pre-Auth status to customers and hospitals. Update daily tracker to escalation team.
