Job Description

Key Responsibilities:


  • Make outbound calls to prospective customers using a provided list or database
  • Introduce products/services, explain their features, and answer customer queries
  • Identify potential sales opportunities and generate leads
  • Use persuasive communication techniques to promote and sell products/services
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and objectives
  • Maintain accurate records of interactions and sales activities in CRM systems
  • Follow scripts and communication guidelines to ensure consistency and quality


Requirements:


  • Proven experience in outbound sales, telemarketing, or a similar role
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to engage and build rapport with customers effectively
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Familiarity with CRM software and proficient computer skills
  • Higher Secondary /diploma; additional qualifications are advantageous
  • Basic skills in computer handling
