Job Description

We are hiring a Call Center Executive for Honey Beauty Lounge, a popular beauty salon based in Kollam. This is a full-time, on-site position based at our Spark consulting office near Changampuzha Park, Kochi.

Key Responsibilities:

Answer inbound calls and make outbound calls for appointment bookings
Assist customers with queries related to services and scheduling
Coordinate with the salon team in Kottiyam
Maintain accurate call and client records
Ensure excellent customer service and satisfaction
Achieve performance targets to qualify for monthly bonuses

Required Skills:

Fluency in Malayalam and basic English
Good communication and customer-handling skills
Basic computer knowledge
Prior call center experience is an advantage, but not mandatory
Open to both male and female candidates

Perks & Benefits:

Fixed salary of ₹15,000/month
