Job Summary:
We are looking for a Telecaller (Call Center Executive) to handle incoming and outgoing calls, resolve customer queries, and provide excellent customer support to enhance the customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally.
  • Answer customer queries and provide accurate information.
  • Maintain customer records and update the database regularly.
  • Follow up on leads, customer requests, and complaints.
  • Achieve daily/weekly call targets as assigned.
  • Maintain professional communication and service standards.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 12th pass / Graduate.
  • Good communication skills in [Language/English/Hindi as applicable].
  • Basic knowledge of computers and MS Office.
  • Fresher or 0–1 year experience in telecalling/call center preferred.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: ₹6,000.00 - ₹7,000.00 per month

Expected hours: 5 per week
