Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Call Center Executive role based in Rajkot. The Call Center Executive will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound customer communications, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing exceptional service. The role involves maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and support requests, assisting with sales inquiries, and ensuring a positive experience for potential students or stakeholders contacting the university. The candidate is expected to communicate effectively and deliver a high standard of support.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Customer Support, Customer Service, and Contact Centers
• Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written
• Experience or knowledge in Sales and client relationship management
• Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment
• Bachelor's degree in any discipline is preferred
• Fluency in English and regional languages will be an added advantage
