Job Description

  • Answer incoming calls promptly and respond to patient and attendant inquiries in a polite and professional manner
  • Schedule, reschedule, and cancel outpatient appointments as per hospital protocols
  • Provide accurate information regarding hospital services, doctors’ availability, timings, locations, and procedures
  • Coordinate with departments such as OPD, IPD, diagnostics, billing, and emergency for patient assistance
  • Handle patient complaints, feedback, and service requests; escalate issues when required
  • Make outbound calls for appointment reminders, follow-ups, test reports, and feedback collection
  • Support emergency calls by routing them immediately to the concerned department
  • Meet call quality standards, turnaround times, and patient satisfaction targets

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
