We are looking for a dedicated Call Center Executive who can handle inbound and outbound customer calls effectively while keeping customer satisfaction at the heart of every interaction. The ideal candidate should be customer-focused, adaptable, and skilled in communication with a proven ability to build strong relationships.
Responsibilities
Manage large volumes of inbound and outbound calls in a timely and professional manner.
Follow communication scripts and guidelines while addressing customer queries.
Identify customer needs, clarify information, research issues, and provide accurate solutions or alternatives.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships by going the extra mile.
Document and maintain accurate records of all customer interactions in the call center database.
Regularly attend training sessions to enhance knowledge, skills, and performance.
Achieve personal and team-based qualitative and quantitative targets.
Requirements
Minimum 1 year of experience in a customer service or call center role.
Strong verbal communication skills and active listening abilities.
Proficiency in English (Writing, Speaking & Listening), Malayalam (Mandatory), and Hindi.
Familiarity with CRM systems and customer service practices.
Strong customer focus and adaptability to different personality types.
Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
Educational qualification: High School Diploma or equivalent.
