Key Responsibilities:

  • Professionally handle inbound and outbound calls.
  • Address patient queries, complaints, and service requests promptly.
  • Maintain accurate call records and update CRM systems.
  • Promote and explain company products or services when required.
  • Achieve call handling targets, quality standards.
  • Ensure a positive and professional customer experience.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Graduate or equivalent qualification preferred.
  • 02 years of experience in call centre or customer service roles.
  • Strong command of English, Gujarati, and Hindi (verbal and written).
  • Excellent communication, listening, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in basic computer operations and CRM tools.
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure and work in rotational shifts if required.
  • Positive attitude, team player, and customer-centric approach.
