Job Summary:

Call Center Executive

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Interaction & Support

Handle
inbound and outbound calls
professionally and courteously.
Address customer queries related to
accounts, credit cards, loans, digital banking, and transactions.
Provide accurate and timely information about bank products, services, and policies.

Service Quality & Compliance

Maintain high standards of service quality and adhere to defined turnaround times (TAT).
Ensure all customer interactions comply with
bank policies, RBI guidelines, and data privacy norms.
Maintain confidentiality of customer information and handle data securely.

Sales Support (if applicable)

Identify opportunities to
cross-sell or upsell banking products
such as deposits, loans, credit cards, or insurance.
Generate and forward qualified leads to the relevant sales teams.
Assist customers in onboarding to
digital banking platforms
(mobile app, internet banking, etc.).

Key Skills:

Excellent
communication skills
(verbal and written).
Strong
listening, problem-solving, and customer service
abilities.
Basic knowledge of
banking products, services, and digital channels
.
Ability to handle high call volumes and remain calm under pressure.
