Our company is into Healthcare sector and we have a vacancy for Call Centre Executive (CUSTOMER CARE DIVISION) The candidate will be responsible for INBOUND CUSTOMER SERVICE CALLS ONLY. No outbound calling / sales. This is a NON-SALES process and need not sell anything, ONLY incoming calls to be attended from Australian customers and give solutions to customer complaints/ queries. SHIFT TIMINGS ; EARLY MORNING 3.15 am to AFTERNOON 1.30 pm ( including lunch breaks and short breaks ). 5 DAYS WORKING
