Position: International Call Center Executive – Sales (E-commerce B2C)

Location: J S Tower, Downtown, Mall Road, Kanpur

Employment Type: Full-Time (Work from Office)

Shift: Day Shift Only (aligned with international markets)

Compensation: Salary ₹18,000 – ₹30,000 + Performance Incentives (upto ₹40,000 per month)

About the Role

We are seeking female sales professionals to join our International Call Center team for an E-commerce B2C process. This is a blended sales role where you will:

• Handle inbound leads generated from marketing campaigns, ads, and referrals.
• Make outbound calls to follow up on warm leads and engage new prospects.
• Manage real-time chat support to answer customer queries and push sales closures.

The role is designed for individuals who are confident, persuasive, and target-driven. You will be the first point of contact for international customers, building trust and converting interest into successful sign-ups for our E-commerce Solutions packages.

Key Responsibilities (Blended Process - Voice + Chat)

Inbound Leads

• Attend inbound calls and chats from international customers showing interest in our services.
• Qualify leads by understanding their business needs, challenges, and goals.
• Convert high-intent inquiries into sales by presenting tailored solutions.

Outbound Calling

• Call potential customers from our lead database.
• Follow up on inquiries that didn’t close immediately.
• Re-engage dormant or cold leads with new offers, discounts, or updated packages.

Chat Process

• Handle live chat inquiries on the website/social platforms.
• Respond promptly with professional and persuasive communication.
• Convert chat conversations into confirmed sales or scheduled call-backs.

Sales Execution

• Deliver strong product pitches and explain the value of E-commerce Solutions (store setup, management, marketing, growth support).
• Handle objections around pricing, ROI, and trust with confidence.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
• Upsell/cross-sell premium services and packages for higher revenue.

Operations & Reporting

• Update CRM with accurate lead notes, follow-ups, and conversion status.
• Share daily/weekly reports with sales managers.
• Collaborate with the operations team to ensure smooth onboarding of clients after closure.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Female candidates only.
• Graduate/Undergraduate in any discipline.
• 1–3 years of experience in international sales, telesales, BPO (voice/chat), or inside sales.
• Strong command over English communication (verbal + written).
• Ability to handle inbound, outbound, and chat seamlessly.
• Persuasive personality with strong negotiation and closing skills.
• Target-oriented mindset with the ability to handle rejection positively.
• Proficient with basic CRM tools, email, and chat platforms.
