Job Description

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally and efficiently.
Provide accurate information about hospital services, departments, doctors, and timings.
Schedule and confirm patient appointments, tests, and procedures.
Respond promptly to patient inquiries and resolve issues or escalate when necessary.
Maintain patient confidentiality and follow hospital communication protocols.
Record and update patient information accurately in the system.
Follow-up calls for appointments, feedback, and service satisfaction.
Coordinate with front desk, OPD, diagnostics, and other departments as required.
Ensure call quality standards and service KPIs are met.
Maintain daily call logs and reports.

QUALIFICATION

Education:
Any Degree (Preferred: Graduates in Hospitality, Commerce, or Life Sciences)
Experience:
02 years in a customer service/call centre/hospital front desk role (freshers with good communication skills may apply)
Skills:

Excellent communication in English and regional language (Tamil preferred)
Good interpersonal and listening skills
Computer literacy and familiarity with hospital software or CRM tools
Patience, empathy, and a customer-centric attitude
Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure
