Calibration Engineer

Location: Assam
Experience: 2–3 Years / 5–7 Years

Key Responsibilities:

• Carry out calibration, testing, and preventive maintenance of medical equipment such as patient monitors, ventilators, infusion pumps, defibrillators, dialysis machines, X-ray machines, lab analyzers, etc.
• Ensure all equipment meets NABL/ISO/IEC standards and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain calibration logs, service reports, and prepare calibration certificates for audits.
• Diagnose faults, troubleshoot errors, and coordinate repairs if required.
• Schedule periodic calibration of hospital/diagnostic center equipment to avoid downtime.
• Work closely with biomedical engineering and hospital staff to ensure equipment safety and accuracy.
• Support internal/external audits and compliance checks.

Eligibility Criteria:

For 2–3 Years’ Experience: (4 candidates)

• Diploma / B.Tech in Biomedical Engineering, Electronics, or Instrumentation.
• Hands-on experience in calibration of medical devices.
• Knowledge of biomedical standards, safety protocols, and test equipment (multimeter, ECG simulator, SPO2 analyzer, etc.).
• Good communication & documentation skills.

For 5–7 Years’ Experience: (1 candidate)

• Diploma / B.Tech in Biomedical Engineering, Electronics, or Instrumentation.
• Strong background in hospital/diagnostic center equipment calibration.
• Ability to manage calibration schedules independently and handle client communication.
• Experience in audit preparation, compliance documentation, and mentoring juniors.
• Problem-solving skills with exposure to a wide range of biomedical devices.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
