Job Description

You will be responsible for developing restaurant sales by setting high standards of service. This includes ensuring complete preparation of restaurant/takeaway and other business modules before the area opens for operation. You will need to take guests" orders correctly and with appropriate courtesy, as well as assist them in choosing the best items on the menu to increase sales through upselling and suggestive selling. Handling all guests without bias or prejudice is essential. Writing out guest bills and ensuring their proper processing by presenting them to guests is also part of the role. Additionally, you will assist the Shift Supervisor in preparing the general store requisition and carry out any duties assigned by the Supervisor/Store Manager. Following the store rules and policies laid down by the management, adhering to strict grooming and hygiene standards, and continuously striving to improve your skills and knowledge are key aspects of this position. Qualifications Required: - Previous experience in a similar role preferred - Strong communication and customer service skills - Ability to work well in a team environment - Attention to detail and accuracy in order taking and processing - Ability to learn and adapt to new procedures and guidelines Please note that this is a full-time, permanent position with the work location being in person.,
