Serve Customers: Greet customers warmly, take orders accurately, and serve ice cream (scoops, sundaes, milkshakes), coffee, and other items efficiently.
Maintain Dining Area: Ensure the front counter, condiment station, and customer seating areas are clean, tidy, and well-stocked throughout the shift.
Product Knowledge: Clearly and enthusiastically describe menu items, flavors, and daily specials to customers, including allergy information.
Dishwashing & Cleaning: Maintain a clean and organized work area, including washing dishes, sanitizing equipment, and sweeping/mopping floors.
Equipment Operation: Safely operate equipment such as espresso machines, blenders, and commercial dishwashers.
