👨‍🍳 Role OverviewThe Chef will be responsible for preparing all café items — beverages and snacks — with consistency, quality, and cleanliness. This role requires someone fast, organized, and passionate about café-style food. 🔧 ResponsibilitiesDrink PreparationPrepare matcha drinks, cold coffee, shakes, fusion fizz, and slushes as per café recipes. Maintain consistency in taste, quantity, and presentation. Manage syrup, coffee concentrate, nata de coco, and other beverage ingredients. Food PreparationMake fries, burgers (veg + paneer), and puffs efficiently. Prepare waffles and pancakes using the waffle/pancake machine. Ensure proper cooking, timing, and quality control. Kitchen OperationsMaintain a clean and hygienic workstation. Manage daily prep: cutting, mixing, stocking, and organizing ingredients. Keep track of inventory and update management when items are running low. Handle equipment (slush machine, waffle maker, blender, etc.) safely.
