Job Description

You will be employed as a Cafe Partner at Geddit Convenience Private Limited, the licensee of the Zepto brand, based in Chennai. In this role, you will be responsible for the efficient management of daily cafe operations. Your duties will include the preparation and serving of beverages and snacks, maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene, and delivering exceptional customer service to all patrons. As a Cafe Partner, you will also be tasked with managing inventory, liaising with suppliers, and ensuring strict adherence to health and safety regulations. The successful candidate should possess prior experience in food and beverage preparation, as well as customer service. A fundamental understanding of health, safety, and hygiene protocols is essential for this position. Effective communication and interpersonal skills are crucial for interacting with customers and team members alike. The ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment is highly valued.
