Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Chennai for a Cafe Lead. The Cafe Lead will oversee daily operations, ensuring food preparation and service meet the highest standards. Responsibilities include managing staff, maintaining food safety protocols, enhancing customer service, and ensuring the overall success of the cafe. The Cafe Lead will also be responsible for handling food and beverage-related tasks.

Qualifications

• Skills in Food Preparation and Food Service
• Knowledge and practice of Food Safety protocols
• Strong Customer Service skills
• Experience in managing Food & Beverage operations
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to lead and manage a team effectively
• Previous experience in a cafe or restaurant management is a plus
• Certification in food safety or hospitality management is a plus
