Cafe lead

As a Cafe Lead in our Chennai location, you should have at least 2 years of experience in QSR/F&B, ideally in a role such as Shift Incharge, Cafe Manager, or Store Manager. A qualification of 12th pass or above is required for this position. Your main responsibilities will include overseeing store operations to ensure smooth daily functioning, managing inventory, stock levels, and cost control, as well as handling team scheduling, training, and performance. It will also be crucial to ensure food safety, hygiene, and compliance with regulations, maintain P&L awareness, and work towards achieving sales targets. In addition, you will be expected to provide excellent customer service and represent our brand positively. Key skills required for this role include team leadership, store operations management, inventory and cost management, basic P&L understanding, and knowledge of food safety and compliance regulations. The salary offered for this position ranges from 25,000 to 30,000 NTH, inclusive of PF, insurance, and bonus benefits.
