Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Hyderabad for a Cafe Manager at Du Jour. The Cafe Manager will oversee daily operations, manage staff, ensure customer satisfaction, and maintain high standards of food service. Responsibilities include managing inventory, coordinating with the kitchen team, handling customer inquiries, and driving sales. The Cafe Manager will also be responsible for maintaining a welcoming environment and upholding the company's dedication to quality and freshness.

Qualifications

• Customer Service and Communication skills
• Experience in Food & Beverage and Food Service management
• Sales skills and the ability to drive revenue growth
• Strong organizational and leadership abilities
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Experience in a similar role is a plus
• Relevant certifications or a degree in hospitality or management is preferred
