Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Cafe Manager & Chef at Hope - A Shotmoons Studio Cafe, located in Siliguri.

The Cafe Manager & Chef will be responsible for Cooking, overseeing daily operations, managing staff, and ensuring customer satisfaction. This role includes menu planning, food preparation, inventory management, and maintaining food safety standards. Additionally, the Cafe Manager & Chef will collaborate with the sales team to enhance customer experience and drive sales.

Qualifications

• Passionate Chef & Great at cooking.
• Food & Beverage and Food Service experience
• Strong leadership and team management abilities
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
• Creativity and innovation in menu planning
• Experience in the cafe or restaurant industry is a plus
• Experience in Food Safety and Hygiene.
