CAE Engineer

As an Engineer with knowledge on restraints, dummy positioning, seat belt routing, and basic exposure to restraint system analysis and development, you will have the opportunity to work on occupant restraints analysis. Your role will involve the passion and determination to grow and develop existing teams to ensure occupant restraints analysis, providing countermeasures to meet project targets, preparing reports and summaries, presenting results to clients, and collaborating with team leads during vehicle development. - Grow and develop existing teams to ensure occupant restraints analysis - Provide countermeasures to meet project targets - Prepare reports and summaries, present results to clients, and participate in decision-making for any countermeasure implementation - Identify user training needs, devise and manage training programs - Check full vehicle simulations as per client guidelines to ensure quality delivery - Analyze simulation results, prepare feedback reports, and collaborate with team leads to formulate design solutions - Coordinate with load case setup team for error-free full vehicle crash load cases - Develop countermeasures and innovative concept solutions during full vehicle development - Minimum 4+ years of experience in Passive Safety engineering projects at OEMs or Tier 1 suppliers - Experience in BIW safety development, occupant protection, and Restraint System Integration - Familiarity with worldwide safety legal standards and consumers" test protocols - International experience in Europe, USA, or Japan is an asset - Proficiency in PAM Crash, LS Dyna, Madymo - Good knowledge of project management and client-focused attitude - Excellent communication and written skills - Internationally mobile with the ability to train and develop expertise in juniors - Awareness about full vehicle and all sub-assemblies, ANSA & LS DYNA solver, FEA domain - Preferred exposure to other domains such as NVH, durability Language Skills: - Proficiency in English and Hindi Education: - Degree/MSc in Engineering (Automotive/Mechanical/Electrical) from a reputed university - Postgraduate degree in the respective discipline from a reputed university is an added advantage,
