Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a CA or MBA at Amicus Growth Advisors, located in Mumbai with some work-from-home flexibility. The individual will be responsible for financial analysis, strategic planning, business transformation, operational turnarounds, mergers and acquisitions, fundraising, and board advisory. Day-to-day tasks may include conducting detailed financial assessments, preparing reports, creating strategic growth plans, overseeing transaction processes, and providing insights to stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Financial Analysis, Mergers & Acquisitions, and Fundraising skills
• Business Transformation and Operational Turnaround experience
• Strategic Planning and Board Advisory capabilities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in financial software and tools
• Ability to work independently and in a team setup
• Prior experience in logistics, manufacturing, infrastructure, or services is a plus
• Relevant professional certification (CA) or Master’s degree (MBA)
