Job Description

Role & responsibilities Finalisation of Corporate P & L on a monthly basis with complete annexure and analysis Assisting in finalisation of monthly P & L, Balance Sheet and Cash Flow alongwith all related annexures Assisting in reconciliation of plant / unit wise P & L with entity P & L Assisting in finalisation of Treasury P & L Assisting in monthly debtors Reconciliation with DIH Regular scrutiny of GL balances, identifying errors and taking corrective actions Clearing of all open line managed GL items on a monthly basis Co-ordinating with O-source team for closure of all bank recocniliations on a monthly basis Reconciliation of purchase register with consumption GL's Reconciliation of sales register with sales ledger Preparation of interest and bank charges details for Treasury P & L on a monthly basis Assisting in preparation of standalone and consolidated financials with support of team members Co-ordination with various internal departments to ensure timely completion of audit requirements Assisting in finalisation / preparation of stock statements submitted to banks on monthly basis Assisting in finalisation / preparation of Net creditors summary and book debts statements to be submitted to banks on monthly basis Assisting in reconciliation of plant stock with stock reported to banks on monthly basis Assisting in Compliation of data for Unhedged Foreign Currency Exposure (UFCE) Certificate on a quarterly basis Assisting in preparation and respond to queries raised by banks and submission of relevant data Assisting in preparation and submission of data for consortium and other meeting with banks Assisting in submission of information required by rating agencies and preparation of CMA data by banks Assisting in Submission of information to tax team for Tax & Transfer pricing Audit & Income Tax Assessments Assisting in submission of information as per requirements raised by secretarial, taxation, banking and other departments
