Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Operate and monitor HBE Press machines for forging round bars as per production schedules. Ensure optimal machine parameters and settings to achieve desired forging quality. Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance of HBE Press equipment. Troubleshoot mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical issues in coordination with the maintenance team. Maintain process documentation and ensure compliance with SOPs and safety regulations. Work closely with the quality control team to minimize defects and ensure product specifications are met. Optimize die and tool usage to improve efficiency and reduce downtime. Monitor temperature, pressure, and cycle times for consistent output. Train and guide machine operators on best practices for HBE Press operations. Ensure adherence to EHS (Environmental, Health, and Safety) guidelines.
